Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Being so close to the tube station is amazing. The new facilities oppoaite us are first class and so convenient: the supermarket, gym and coffee shop are all excellent. We need more parking facilities. The traffic noise is not too bad and the anti social behaviour has got a lot better. The area feels nicer and more safe each day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, but they often take their time and deliver vague responses as to when things will be fixed. They take a lot of chasing constantly and don't always stick to the timeline for things to be fixed/jobs to be done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just the managing agents and service charge.Maybe as well the building needs more ventilation for the flats and better parking for tradesmen/ delivery people.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

In walking distance to many amenities from groceries to takeaways and cafe’s. Not much noise pollution except the occasional one off ruckus on the high street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

can take a while to get a hold of management for issues, although they eventually get resolved

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Surprisingly well located for day to day needs, but there can be the odd disruption from being on the high street

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is really great for commuting with lots of transport links close by, they also have lots of shops locally including a Tesco opposite the building which is convenient. On the negative side there seems to be lots of homeless people around the area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they always get back to you normally they are good but struggle to communicate their efforts

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really I think I had a good understanding of the area always

Lovely and Peaceful Flat in a Prime Location

The Brickyard, E6

Apr 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Located on High Street North, this flat is perfectly situated with Lidl, Tesco, and all essential shops just a short walk away—super convenient for daily needs. The apartment itself is impressively calm and quiet, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. Regular weekly cleaning and maintenance keep the place spotless and well looked after. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a serene living environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been approachable and generally helpful, especially with routine matters like cleaning and upkeep, which are handled well. However, response times for certain maintenance issues could be improved, as they’re not always as prompt as expected.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, there’s nothing major I wish I had known beforehand. Everything has been pretty comfortable so far, and the flat has met my expectations well.
