Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area as a whole has a lot of character. It can be a bit busy at times but it’s a good location in terms of travel and allows good connection to central London. There are a lot of useful amenities close to the development as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is a general consistency in responding to issues which is good

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lack of security for the building is something that was a grey area after moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best thing about the building is the location. It is super close to underground station and bus station. But horribly dirty and unhygienic outside the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff keeps changing. Sometimes it’s take care of immediately, sometimes not.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The dirty and unhygienic status of outside the building all the time. 24x7 concierge being removed for cost cutting.
