There are a couple of supermarkets and several shops in the high street, all within walking distance

Please review your development:

The site has plenty of open space, however parking is continually an issue even on the parts that have been completed a week or so ago. Snags have been sorted after a year, with the support of customer care. We overlook the attenuation bay which is lovely however there is no lighting down our road or on the path so it is incredibly dangerous and kids like to run up and down at night.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That persimmon do not like to take accountability with issues

What is the best feature of your home:

The double doors from kitchen to lounge let a lot of light through

The location of the development is great. Close to town where there was bars, cafes and shops. Close to the train station and close to the docks which is a lovely walk.

Very little antisocial behaviour and parking spaces are limited but available. Very minimal traffic noises, just the sound of the train horn on occasion

Please review your development:

I love the design of my house. Large rooms, using the optimum amount of space. Property management is good, if there’s a problem persimmon often sort it quickly. Boiler and heating system is easy to use and overall a very good home and development to live in

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I knew about problems with laying grass and the leatherjacket problems

It’s a quiet development close to lots of countryside. Not loads of bars or restaurants but lovely forest nearby.

Please review your development:

Good design, spaced out. Good sized gardens. Quiet neighbours. Would have been better to have parking spaces numbered and a better bin area. Warm houses. Good sized rooms. Unnecessary to have en suite when you have a main bathroom and downstairs loo.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish h had more information about the heating being split from upstairs and downstairs

What is the best feature of your home:

Being end terrace with own parking space and a good size garden.

Affordable houses, good location and friendly staff

Located in an area with local supermarkets, corner shops, gym, tanning and quick travel to different locations.

Please review your development:

The development hasn’t finished yet so there are still some facilities which haven’t been made but there’s a nice playground and pond getting made as well as a trail for people to walk through and see the beautiful scenery of Lydney. The actual design of the houses are quite small but for the price I can’t really complain.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The land is quite uneven up here so I wish I was prepared for that

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen is very spacious and all the appliances are integrated
