The location to Gloucester Quays for bars/restaurants etc was a main reason for moving in and also the location to the motorway and train station for work.
Parking is adequate and there is hardly any noise from traffic. Bin collection is ok but want as mentioned originally.

Please review your development:

This is the main issue I would have as I still have not had my balcony repainted since I moved in 18 months ago depsite many emails. Also I still have a scratched window from moving in. it seems that after 1 week of moving in I was forgotten about and no care anymore once you have your keys.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Need to give more pressue on aftercare to get things resolved

The development is at a good location with the city centre being very near and all the major shops available within a distance of couple of miles. Good transport facilities nearby.

Please review your development:

Design of the house is good and open space is also good. The development has a mix of housing. Good schools both primary and secondary are within walking distance. The after sales service is very poor and the developer does not want to fix any snagging issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I should have checked on the credentials of the developer.

What is the best feature of your home:

Near to park and plenty of space for parking. Good neighbourhood and ample space for kids to play.
