Good range of local shops and bars/restaurants. Good transport links with train station and bus in short walking distance. Next to student halls so there can be some noise.

The building itself is well designed and looks very modern. It has a good number of useful amenities, e.g. post room, underground parking, communal space, gym and outdoor terrace. Building management has improved drastically since the new manager has come in.

How the utilities and internet are managed. The utilities are all from one company and the internet is included.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The current building management has responded well to issues we have raised.

The noise from the neighbours is always terrible during summer. Close to everything in Bournemouth

Design is fantastic lovely views, good structure, good equipment for lifestyle and overall good location it’s give the aura of living the life and having fun while mixing with other race and people of life, energy bills during winter is terrific

Energy bills, slow internet, thin walls and doors.

Do not buy from these cowboys we have had problems with our property since day one they lie and remove things from your portal

Please review your development:

If you like rats, dirt, dust, rubbish from contractors swearing, rudeness the design isn’t to bad but the overall experience from these people. If you don’t want the perfect home then buy one off these dumps..they sell you the dream but actually give you a absolutely nightmare

I wish we had done some homework on robrow as we would not have wasted 350k

What is the best feature of your home:

The design is ok overall it’s just the absolute total disregard for the buyers

No Negatives. All very positive, fantastic beaches nearby, great bars a restaurants a short walk away.

Please review your development:

Fantastic location, roof terrace is brilliant and the finishes in the apartment are superb. The size of the apartments are also very spacious, great amount of windows making the whole flat light and airy. Overall really impressed and really happy it’s my first home.

Maintenance charges have increased, everything else is perfect.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues, communication is fine. Maintenance charges have increased from what I was first told.
