Is a really nice place with everything u need but the service and the attention to the details or problematic is so bad

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If u have a problem or a issue with the apartment they will take a while

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing is special because at the end of the day I’m fine like this but for what I pay I think I should have better service than that

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area has lots of shops and it is very close to bus routes, town center and train station but also lots of noisy students, homeless, addicts

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The lack of management and ever changing staff means nothing gets done, lifts have been down for weeks

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How bad and dangerous the area is, the lack of management and social aspect. It is just not good value for money

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient transport links, only 10 minute walk to bus and train station. A wide range of shops and restaurants nearby, suited for people from any demographic. Bin collection is very convenient. Living on my street from my experience has been okay, not particularly pleasant, especially at night when there are a lot of students partying, But overall not bad.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the management has responded to and fixed any issues we've had in our apartment quite promptly.

Nothing in particular that I can think of, all information I needed I found.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location to transportation, like a train station or local buses. It’s pretty quiet too, which is nice

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If we had any issues in the apartment, they were quick to react and fix the problems

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing to be honest, I was really happy with everything and didn’t have any unpleasant surprises when moving in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Easy access to transports , bars and very close to the beach as well. It’s not in the town centre area but less than 5 mins walk makes it very ideal. There’s definitely noise as there’s student halls and bars right opposite the building mainly after work hours through the night until just after the nightclubs close.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quite promptly and try to be helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The unreliability of the lift service as they keep breaking down! and the noise from outside. The windows do help drown out but then it’s decreasing breathing space so it’s really give or take.
