Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is amazing and there is everything around that you could want from a flat block and I love that there’s no other high rise blocks next to the building as it feels much nicer and the views are incredible however the traffic noise is annoying!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have replied in some instances but taken years to fix things that should’ve been fixed a long time ago, they could and should be doing more but they never reply to emails half the time.

I wish that I had known that the agency doesn’t really care and they’re nor really there to help.

Close to etihad, coop arena, northern quarter. Good parking options. Regular bin collections. Little bit of noise from traffic

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded promptly to all concerns. For instance, gate broken one week was fixed the week after

The community is mostly young professionals - to keep in mind

Very accessible to the city centre, train stations and tram stops. Literally the middle of the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always made sure it was sorted within the stated time period.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the car park was free. Didn’t know. Was paying quite a lot at my former building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a great location to be so close to Piccadilly and the City Centre, while also being out of the way from too much City traffic. There isn't much local free parking but there are quite a few pay and displays. Super close to really great restaurants, bars and shops!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Anything we've had has been handled well and it's rare that we need to contact them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn't much free parking nearby but it's incredibly close to Piccadilly Station.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good : - Great location as it’s easy access to main city and great transport links. - it’s a new build so all the equipment is more or less fresh - the Repair guys are really good - lots of young professionals around - low traffic noise and little to no anti-social behaviour Bad : communication with X1 is difficult and there is a high turnover so every couple of months you are dealing with a new person and can take long to deal with any issues.

Yes to general maintenance issues they help and get you repair guys

I wish I had known it was a bad landlord as I would have chosen a different flat in this building
