Good travel links etc & most things within good easy travel. Good now a bus stops very close which is great for travel to the train station.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Mgt co’s Berkeley Homes appoint are a serious issue imo - complete failings on a weekly / monthly & yearly basis - Berkeley Homes should deal with in-house or set their own up !

What is the best feature of your home:

Size & shape of all the rooms, natural light - 4 piece en-suite - covered parking - large / wide communal access - cheap to run & easy to keep clean due to fully tiled wet rooms. Large storage areas. High ceilings

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The quality of local shops is really good, with The Lexicon a short walk/drive away. There are also lots of nice pubs nearby

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management company are dreadful but are in the process of being changed

We wish we’d known how good Woodhurst Park was as we’d have moved here sooner

Regeneration of Bracknell Town centre has given the town a new life. Lots of shops and many more to come.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded, a little slow but get there in the end.

More plans on the house and the houses around. Maybe a virtual tour.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good layout, easy to put out bins, can’t hear main road, great destination close enough to the town centre without being in the town. Wish the drives had more space as a lot of people use parking bays or park on the road as not enough space for two/three cars on the drive. We have a two bedroom and the car ports work well, just annoying having to move the cars around if the one in the bay needs to get out, fortunately only one of our neighbours has two cars and a work van but there car port is the end so can park the three in a line away from everyone.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fixed all issues on time with a quick response, fortunately we did not have many, but still waiting for door latches that we noticed in lockdown that do not work

There was a three storey house behind us. Not sure if we would of bought.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hi. We moved here about two months ago. The area is truly lovely and the development has a nice layout. We don't have bars and restaurants in the development but Bracknell city centre is super close and easy to get to. We would have loved to have a mini shop that we could walk though. In terms of crime or antisocial behaviour I could say that ony issue is that a few cars got stolen (I understand that police found the thieves and some of the cars).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No complain about aftersales. Everything we asked they supported.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had know that they will not put a high Amp cable in the garage..to discuss ahead if one could have been fitted. Now I have to have think about how to get such cable where the garage is.
