Witney is a great town with some lovely people. The reliable stagecoach S1 is coming through the estate soon which will provide some great transport links. Living on Townsend Road is great, parking always available, bin collections on time. However, I do the hope the estate shops are built soon.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have been great with repairing snags to the house, they replied and repaired them straight away.

I wish I had known when the shops would be finished.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking is largely driveway, the roads are too narrow to allow much on street parking. Minimal traffic noise even with A40 nearby

Get in early so you can make adjustments if you want to.

Indoor access to garage space, boarded loft on purchase and outside power.

It is very local to Witney town and also close to pubs and shops. We need poo bins the area for dog walkers as we have no where to put them. Overall it is a very nice area to live.

I wish I had known what was being built in front of my house before purchasing

If I could change anything it would be what is being built in front of my house

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very nice and well built property. Garden is disproportionately big in comparison to the house - I would rather have more living space than garden personally. I have not experienced any anti social behaviours - everyone seems very friendly.

The landlord told me the incorrect payment terms when I moved in.

Witney town has a great range and quality of shops. I love the new Lidl which is only 5 minutes away. I just wish we had a convenience store on windrush place.

When and where the shops and facilities were getting built.

The way the driveway is as couriers always deliver my parcels to the wrong driveway.
