The entrance to the housing estate has a tight corner and difficult to see around when cars park there so poor design of the road. Plenty of issues with the house build itself, such as door dropping, condensation build up leading to damp and mould forming. Looks nice on the outside however and other than some issues the house itself is nice

The development is great.
The development is great. Has a wonderful little woodland walk, which also has exercise equipment a long it that will keep you fit or the kids entertained. Hopefully the sports/play area will be built in the coming months to make it even better. Wahoo

Great community with very friendly people. Good location for restaurants/pubs and especially if you’re a Crewe Alex fan

That the sports/play area wasn’t being built until the whole development was complete

Management have responded to some of the issues but not all
Love it
Lovely estate develement with great commute links for motorway and train station – 5 mins from supermarket. Lovely walks near by if you have dogs and right next to hickory’s smokehouse if you want decent quality food and drinks within walking distance.

Love living here so close to the motorway for excellent commute links and so close to the train station. Yet out of the way.

How slow it would’ve been to get snags sorted.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not all of them have been responded to or sorted so that is taking a little longer than we would have hoped really.
A lovely place to live
The design of the development is lovely and all the houses have nice designs. Playground is now open but is often left in a mess as there isn’t enough bins around. That area also lacks lighting during darker nights. However the football/basketball court is yet to be opened even though it looks complete.

The streets are clean and for the most part kept tidy. There is a local pub, a nice restaurant, coffee shop and petrol station all within walking distance. I feel very safe and happy living in this area.

We had no idea that the ariel wouldn’t be included so were scrambling to find someone to fit an ariel for us.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When we first moved in and issues were raised, someone came to fix them in the first 2 weeks.
Enjoyable place to live
Estate design is aesthetically pleasing. Some gardens are quite small. More effort needs to go into communal landscaping, however, building work is still in progress. Good links to local children’s park and enjoyable pathways around the estate. Good parking to most of the estate.

Access to local shops, bars and restaurants is good. Petrol station nearby. Travel/commuting links are excellent.
Bin collections routine 2 weekly.
Minimal traffic through estate. PCSO presence in the area.
Overall, good place to live. Local commuity have an active social calender and inform residents of upcoming activities.

There seem to be a lot of Spiders around this area. Maybe due to rural location.

The look of the estate is good. Work rate is slow. Still waiting on a park to be built . Overall been happy with our home, and problems have been resolved quickly and well. Not very good communication from the builders about when and where they are doing work.

Good location, near to the a500, so easy access to the towns around. Pub, shop and garage near by. Lovely rural surroundings too.

That the shared ownership could be so close and to anyone. We have had some not nice people on the estate. Drug users etc.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Resolved quickly and well within the first few months. Not so great after the initial few months.

Excellent service and settings, although happy with my house that I share with my family, great layout, and design except the strength of walls and structure, but overall happy with our settings and views on our Taylor wimpey home with aspire housing

Strength of the walls are low
Perfect place to live and also like the park near us
Design are good. Only the issue is they put my driveway at side rather then in the front also they didn’t bother to take the grass off from the front. Overall it’s so far so good.

Great woodland walk for taking your pets for a bit of exercise. There is also some exercise equipment to keep you fit as well.
