Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a very residential area. It is right next to several supermarkets, close by to a leisure centre and post office, and steps away from the tube and bus stops. Location/amenities nearby is the best part about living here. The neighbourhood is generally quiet, but because there’s a big sitting area right in front of the building, you hear a lot of people yelling outside/smashing bottles in the middle of the night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but very slowly. Many are time sensitive (such as no hot water, the window won’t close) and the management will take several weeks to address them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

This is a building that will require you to keep chasing for them to help you do or fix anything.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ive lived here for five years now, amazing transport links, great variety of shops close by. There is no on site parking but plenty of street parking available in the area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My washing machine broke in the first year of living here, it was fixed within days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a pretty bad problem with homeless people in the area, they cause disturbances at night and there is a high crime level in the area caused by the homeless with thefts and even public drug taking.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Less than 1 minute to tube station, M&S, Sainsbury’s, and restaurants. Area is lively with good shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responded quickly and efficiently, fixing the issue without any delays.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how responsive and helpful the concierge and management team are, making daily life much easier.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to many retailers like M&S food store. Near a high street with many little coffee shops and restaurants. Super close to the underground and bus stop so well connected. Easy lock up and go apartments. There are quite a few vagrants that hang around outside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We got assigned a contractor after 3 weeks, they are suppose to come tomorrow but let’s see if that happens

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that the flat wasn’t going to be cleaned, I had to spend a whole day cleaning the place when we arrived. It was so dirty

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Archway is great area, and it is easy to travel anywhere as hill house is right next to the station. There’s lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always prompt responses to my needs through the app, and sorted out quickly by the management

Search the travel links and use the app for repairs as it’s a lot smoother than email
