The location of the building is ideal for anybody who wants to commute to central London, with the Tube station being right next door.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management always responds quickly and the building-own maintenance team helps if there are any issues with utilities.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How close it is to both central London’s vivid life but also the calm nature of Highgate Woods. I sometimes forget that you can have that too in London.

The building is extremely close to local supermarkets and restaurants. All of those are high quality, or affordable, or both.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The reception staff are all very nice people, especially Marcia and Felix, they deal with all the issues I raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I know everything about this building and the local area before I moved in.

Lovely corner of Islington that is well connected to transit, super convenient with shops and groceries. Great access to parks, schools and kids activities. There are great restaurants, pubs, and a farmers market within a couple blocks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes we've submitted a few minor requests for maintenance and they were addressed quickly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing really, everything was clear. Some of the units have air con, some don't, so maybe building could be clearer about that.

Living right above the tube station is so convenient and a lifesaver, plus there are at least 5 bus stops in a block radius from the building. It’s a safe area with a ton of cafes, grocery stores, salons, pubs, etc. in walking distance. I moved here from the states and was pretty ignorant of London geography but it worked out very well choosing vantage point.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management usually responds very quickly to my emails and maintenance requests. Concierges are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance crew are nice, courteous, quick and good at what they do.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
You can’t control the heat day-to-day and need management/maintenance to set up the schedule on the electronic panel in the closet for when and how strong it comes on the winter!

Overall a beautiful well furnished and well designed building. Friendly staff and residents, very quiet within each flat and amazing communal spaces! Perfect location with lots of shops and restaurants in close proximity as well as great connections to underground and overground.

Over 4 supermarket stores within a 2 minute walk and lots of lovely restaurants and nice pubs close by. Immediately next to Archway underground with Upper Holloway overground a few minutes walk away, making it a perfect location for commuters. Underground parking is secure.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Prompt communication and response to any queries we have. 24/7 concierge.
