⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been living at Uhaus Manchester for a while now, and it’s honestly been a great experience. The apartments are modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed — everything feels new and well-maintained. The location is perfect too, close enough to the city to feel connected but still quiet enough to actually relax. The management and maintenance teams are friendly and quick to respond, which makes such a difference. The building itself feels safe and welcoming, with a real sense of community among residents. Overall, Uhaus has been a lovely place to call home — stylish, convenient, and comfortable. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment in Manchester.

They are always ready to help or fix a problem if there is one

We are very happy with everything and would love to see more dog owners move in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

right in the city centre, bus, train and tram links literally at my front door! Local shops and only a 10 minute walk to the Arndale shopping centre!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Easy to report any issues within the flat, very good communication and quick to fix issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When we moved in we weren’t really told about how to report things, collecting mail and parcels etc. Had to figure it out! I think that it would have been beneficial to be informed about all of this!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I live on the fourteenth floor and can still hear the sound of trains, the shielded streets are still being renovated, the noise is loud, and the windows are not well soundproofed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, our repair problem was quickly solved, managers are very helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Is there any noise around, for example, I didn't know there was a train passing by next to me before I moved in, and I didn't know that the street next door was being renovated

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s very convenient for me to go shopping and go to school. But it’s very noisy outside in weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It’s very good. Staff will come to fix my problem in the day next to I raise an issue.

Uhaus has a good location. It takes me 10-minute walk to the school.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

You’ve got a range of eating in or take out places. You’ve got all the food shops such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Asda. You’re 2 minutes away from Oxford Road station and 10 from Piccadilly. It’s in the middle of the city but tucked away at the same time with symphony park in the middle which makes it secluded which is a rare find in central Manchester.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve never encountered customer service such as uhaus’. All the issues I have reported in the past have been resolved immediately with great care. I could not fault them for that! They’ll always find a solution.

Pets live in your flat for free. Other buildings make you pay monthly fees. Uhaus also have a range of events that residents can benefit from.
