Living here offers excellent convenience.Essential shops like a supermarket, pharmacy, and cafes are within easy walking distance. Transport links are a major strength: the train station is a 5minute walk away, providing a frequent service to the city centre. Multiple bus routes also serve the area well. A well-maintained park is nearby for recreation. Daily needs and commuting are easily met without relying heavily on a car, making daily life efficient and connected. The core amenities and transport make it a highly practical and accessible location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Actually most of them are good,just when the first time live in not too much sure how to throw the rubbish

Disposing of large cardboard boxes is slightly inconvenient here. It's unclear exactly where they should be placed, as this wasn't explained during move-in.** Management should clarify the proper location or procedure for bulky recycling.

Loads of grocery shops such as Asda, Tesco & Spar within yards, brewery's & dining places also within walking distance, lots to choose from!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance team and managers respond very quickly

Had noise complaints about refurb works 6 months ago but they died down.

Fantastic options there literally everything you could imagine with in a few minutes walk even on the grounds there’s plenty of options
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Nel and another lady that had glasses on reseption are lovely they will always go above and beyond for us

Wish we knew how many dogs was in the building when we moved in we have a dog ourselves but some are badly trained

It’s located in the town centre with access to all city entertainment and close to the major hospital complex and university.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It’s kept and maintained well by the staff who are very responsive. I think the concierge service they provide is top rate. For example in requesting a new mattress one was provided within the day, leaving aside the weekend when it was reported, with no fuss.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That they had a cleaning service which comes every two weeks.
