The area is great for location but when sold the idea of 24hr security, this was sold under the impression of security controlling the noise and distribution of people at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They logged a complaint we had about neighbours and after the second time supposedly took it to the next level. The neighbours haven’t been too bad since so I assume from numerous people complaining, the management sorted it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d have known about the development next to the car park as we were told the NCP car park offered discounts to residents if they bought a yearly car parking pass however now with the new development, this car park isn’t the most convenient

Excellent bars, restaurants and new coffee shops opening soon. No parking for residents but they do offer a annual plan discount of 20% I think.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not personally had many issues but if I do they respond and communicate very quickly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is convenience store ASDA are the corner of my building which I never knew! My fault as I never walked that way LOL

Good transport links, trams, trains,buses etc. Lots of bars and places to eat and drink. Plenty of stores for groceries and other essentials.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very quick to reply to my requests & Billie & Seni are very welcoming each day!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have preferred to face into the park opposed to looking at another building

Central Manchester city centre area, everything within a stone throw!! I face the park so sometimes it can be noisy but normally quiet about 10pm!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I not had any. If I will I think I log them on the app.

Lots of new construction sites being built but guess that's part of living in the city

Very convient place to live. Literally the heart of Manchester. Tesco, Asda, Spar etc all in close proximity! Bars everywhere! Security on site patrolling the area also, I feel very safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Only minor and all resolved through app. They are very responsive

It is pet friendly! Which I am not complaining as I love dogs!!
