Plenty of shops around the vincity such as grocery, stationary and also bars and eat out places. There are clubs as well if you like that sort of thing
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are quick to fix issues or communicate when they can

Neighbours can be noisy at times but I ring to reception and they speak with them

love living in this area as it’s a 20 minute walk into the center of town & has plenty of bars and supermarkets near by if you need something a little closer. only down side to the area is it’s very student heavy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Never had need to raise any concerns so not applicable to us.

Great surrounding shops and eateries ie North Taproom and Half Dozen Other

The team on site and off - look after every aspect of your time at the flat - honestly look after all your needs - credit where it’s due , and the team there are caring .

The area is just great for transport and getting into town by foot - it’s ideal for business users that are working just on the outskirts - not too noisy at night and local shops on your doorstop.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As above all good - no issues from my side and I’m sure if I had any they would be heard

The area seems to be growing and lots of new places opening close by which is good and will encourage longer term tenants

Everything is accessible and I love that it’s in the main city centre. A lot of pugs and places to go around.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They take it seriously. Although it might take some time but it gets fixed.

The quality of circle square is unmatched. You have a lovely grassy area to enjoy in the summer, excellent bus links and Manchester Oxford Road Train station is but a 5 minute walk away (Man Piccadilly only 10ish mins in a walk). There are lots of restaurants and bars on your doorstep - it is just so convenient!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Extremely quickly and any problems I had were always resolved

How much id miss the place when the time came for me to move out!
