Loads of grocery shops such as Asda, Tesco & Spar within yards, brewery's & dining places also within walking distance, lots to choose from!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team and managers respond very quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Had noise complaints about refurb works 6 months ago but they died down.

Fantastic options there literally everything you could imagine with in a few minutes walk even on the grounds there’s plenty of options

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Nel and another lady that had glasses on reseption are lovely they will always go above and beyond for us

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we knew how many dogs was in the building when we moved in we have a dog ourselves but some are badly trained

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location but shame about buildings being built around it. I believe it's nearly finished now. Parking near and loads options bars, restaurants etc

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues in my apartments but a lift has been out forever! Finally getting fixed 😃

Buildings around it being built and Vita was doing a refurb

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Convenience safety and proximity to daily needs is a good thing The smell of birds of prey rising to the rooms, and the noises at night coming from the raves and clubs nearby are annoying

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well and quick ( sam the maintenance guy and lisa the housekeeping assigned to my flat 1215 is amazing)

You pay more than what you get in general The gym is not well ventilated, building needs air conditioning

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

the range of local shops and restaurants are great, as well as transport, but anti-social behaviour and traffic noise is definitely a problem

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Uhaus often replies to my enquiries quite fast on email, though I have heard from my friend that Uhaus does not meet its promised complimentary moving service displayed on its website, and when this issue was raised, the uhaus team just seemed to brush it off and recommended a paid moving service instead.

You have to get a really good and responsive agent to live here, at least in my experience. Some agents can be pushy but reply slowly, which can be frustrating when in a rush to find housing.
