Let’s not get into that, but Nelly has really done her best and I appreciate her!

Very well located , great for transport and office and work location. External area very clean and tidy

I have had no problems or issues during my 18 months here.

One of my key highlights is the fantastic house keeping service, specificly when Lisa has serviced my apartment, the attention to detail is absolutely fantastic and puts a smile on my face when returning, it like coming into a 5 star hotel.

Community Atmosphere One of the best things about living here is the strong sense of community. People are generally friendly, and there’s a welcoming vibe that makes it easy to feel at home. Access to Nature The area is surrounded by a green Symphony park Convenient Amenities Everything you need is close by—grocery stores, and healthcare facilities. Public transport is reliable, and commuting is relatively stress-free. Cultural Events & Activities There are regular community events in house, markets, that bring people together and celebrate local culture. One downside is the rising cost of living. Housing prices and rent have increased significantly, making it harder for young people or new families to settle here. Nightlife Enjoy a vibrant nightlife or late-night dining options.

Yes no problems atall so far other than housekeeping missed 1 week but mistake on paperwork

Parking is not available on site, you need to by discounted season ticket.

So many food options your spoils for choice same for drinking venues but you can beat your own private bar on the top floor

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Nel was fantastic she delt with it straight away and if she couldn’t she’d send maintenance to the flat

Can’t think of any of the top of my head genuinely such a nice place to live

Busy location as on Oxford street with lots of students rushing around! It is the hearr.of Manchester so it's expected. Nice bars and grill places, every cuisine you could think of! Lots of supermarkets choice and everything you need really

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issue with my fridge freezer drawer when moved in but that was replaced

Noise at night with a bar across the road, it's died down now so was a problem for first month but management spoke with club
