All in good time frames and helpful with swapping my furniture

To many students around the block, no issues but lots of them

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bin chutes are alot better now and in use with Vita Living East, as it was out of action for long time due to issues I believe. The workspace area is fantastic and comes with free coffee!! They also have a gym in the other building but its not the biggest but can always use the equipment I guess

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes all responded and fixed in goof time frame. :)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The address i was given on contract didn't match my apartment so lots of parcels went to other buildings. Management fixed this quickly though,

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best thing about living here is having the city right on your doorstep. There’s a brilliant mix of independent cafes and bars nearby, and Symphony Park is a great spot to hang out, even if it gets a bit crowded with students when the weather is nice. Transport is incredibly easy with the trains and buses so close, though you can basically forget about owning a car as parking is non-existent. It’s definitely not the quietest area—the street noise and nightlife are constant—but the trade-off is that the surroundings are kept really clean and the bin collections are actually reliable. It’s a busy, lively place to live, but the convenience is hard to top.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No comments as not has any issues but always go to desk or log on the system

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some noise complaints but they was resolved quickly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in the Circle Square area is all about the energy. You’ve got everything from independent cafes to Symphony Park right on your doorstep, so you never really have to leave the immediate vicinity for food or a bit of fresh air. It’s incredibly handy being so close to Oxford Road station, though the constant buzz of buses and students means it’s rarely truly quiet. The main trade-off is the noise and the total lack of parking, but the convenience usually wins out. Everything is kept clean, the bins are actually emptied on time, and it feels like a proper modern community. It’s perfect if you want the city at your feet, but definitely not the place for anyone after a bit of peace and quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues have been resolved in a reasonable time frame

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of cheap parking, bar across the road can be very noisy
