Lots of places to eat or drink. Parking is expensive but I am living in Manchester city centre. I am on a higher floor so don't hear to much at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes always prompt but recently they been very busy so we can understanding waiting a little longer.

Had some noise complaints but they was dealt with by night team and Nellie.

So many places to shop, eat and drink City centre is within 10 minute walking Oxford road is on your door step

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues so far with my stay so can't comment yet

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A bar across the way which can be noisy the early hours of the morning

Plenty of shops around the vincity such as grocery, stationary and also bars and eat out places. There are clubs as well if you like that sort of thing

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are quick to fix issues or communicate when they can

Neighbours can be noisy at times but I ring to reception and they speak with them

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Streets can be noisy particular at the weekend because of the bars however I just shut my window, I guess its expected. Transport links are good with regular buses, trams, trains from Oxford Road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes whenever I have had an issue they always deal with it promptly

I didnt know there was a ASDA so close, I had been going to the main big store in Hulme! :(

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Awesome location in the heart of the city surrounded by bars, restaurants, pubs, games etc! Your literraly just off oxford road so great transport links!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they always make time to plan in the maintenance guys to come to my apartment to fix any issues.

Parking is very expensive in Manchester city centre but would be great if there was more of a discount at NCP
