Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Area is fine for the price paid. Good transport access, plenty of shops etc.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How appalling the build quality was. How abysmal Redrow are as a company and how awfully their customer service department would treat us.

What is the best feature of your home:

It has a double garage which is great for us but makes no sense as much larger properties on the estate only have single garages. Go figure.
