Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Since your development the area is nowhere as nice as it used to be. We feel we have moved into a very different area without leaving the house. There is lots of rubbish and dog poo that we didn’t have previously. Quite often the police cars go down onto the estate with blue flashing lights. The traffic is very busy at times and does go fast. The traffic enters and leaves Thornbury road on the wrong side. There have been some accidents but nobody hurt yet that we know of.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we had sold up and moved away before Taylor Wimpey started building. Sure our house won’t be worth what it was previous to Taylor Wimpey moving into the field.

What is the best feature of your home:

The electric gate at the front of our property. It stops people using our driveway to turn around and makes us feel safer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Eynsham is a lovely village so location is great. Downside of living on a building site still working is the noise and dirt, my car, front door and windows are always dirty. The flats opposite are quite an eye sore and I believe there is quite a lot of police activity in the housing association side. Quite often big work lorries or vans park across my drive or right opposite which makes it hard for me to get off my drive.

The volume of work traffic

Wouldn’t be so crammed in and have a better view out of my kitchen window.

A great location opposite a great school on the edge of a desirable village close to Oxford. Plenty of parking too

There are a lot of new houses being planned around this development. Not sure how it will affect the traffic past my door which is low at the moment

What is the best feature of your home:

Large roomy bedrooms. private garden, south facing.
