Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Our four bed property is in a small, clean, and peaceful development in Penenden Heath, Maidstone near the M20. It is surprising quiet with a nearby woodland at the rear of our property. Next and Marks & Spencer superstore are within two minutes walk, which is great, because we get some fantastic deals! Moving from London, we were thrilled that Maidstone centre (7 minutes drive) has all the shops, restaurants and entrainment places that we use. We love that we are in the centre of our former location in London and the coastline. Being a Londoner, I’m not sure about this bus service. The bin collection has been confusing we are still trying to understand it. We can only use fibernest which is expensive and is owned by persimmons.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been excellent in dealing with the our issues.
