The Triton Building, NW1
Triton Building is a British Land residential development comprising of 162 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in the borough of Camden. The development is centrally located and lies between Warren Street and Great Portland Street Underground Stations that offer Victoria and Northern line services over London.
The building management doesn’t respond to issues raised and there’s lots of work to be done in my flat as well as the building in general, for example: the rubbish bins room has no ventilation which has been brought up with management. The walls are quite thin, therefore noise gets through very easily. Another issue is smoke gets through to other flats and as I have children it’s not desirable. The balcony allows rain from flats above to get through so it can’t be used when it’s raining.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Really central. Good transport links. Lots of schools nearby and lively area with lots of pubs and restaurants however there’s no real sense of community due to it being so central and being surrounded by offices, people tend to keep to themselves
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Smoking is a big issue
