The scenery and view is fantastic as it has a nice city view of tall buildings." Verified resident on The Triton Building.

The building management doesn’t respond to issues raised and there’s lots of work to be done in my flat as well as the building in general, for example: the rubbish bins room has no ventilation which has been brought up with management. The walls are quite thin, therefore noise gets through very easily. Another issue is smoke gets through to other flats and as I have children it’s not desirable. The balcony allows rain from flats above to get through so it can’t be used when it’s raining.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really central. Good transport links. Lots of schools nearby and lively area with lots of pubs and restaurants however there’s no real sense of community due to it being so central and being surrounded by offices, people tend to keep to themselves

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Smoking is a big issue

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is in a good location with great transport links. It also has good cycle lanes for cyclists and cycle shed to store them in. However, it can be very noisy due to ambulance and police

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Construction of the buildings nearby which makes it noisy

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Layout of property as it is very small and not a lot of space

Having a disability and being in a wheelchair, there is easy access to the lift and it being efficient is very important to me. Therefore, in that aspect the building is well designed. My flat is nicely furnished and modern.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like very much my flat the design minimal and modern. Its spacious but not all bedrooms are big. The balcony is pretty big and has nice view. The only that I do not like is that not all bedrooms have airconditioning, there is a room without and in summer months its too hot. The concierge and very kind and helpful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very central area, everything is so close, many station to everywhere, a lot of choices for going out, plenty of supermarkets.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No, i choosed this development because of its location so close to my university and new building with huge windows in compared to others older building in this area or in others central areas.
