Everything is perfect

I like very much my flat the design minimal and modern. Its spacious but not all bedrooms are big. The balcony is pretty big and has nice view. The only that I do not like is that not all bedrooms have airconditioning, there is a room without and in summer months its too hot. The concierge and very kind and helpful.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Very central area, everything is so close, many station to everywhere, a lot of choices for going out, plenty of supermarkets.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No, i choosed this development because of its location so close to my university and new building with huge windows in compared to others older building in this area or in others central areas.

Triton Building

Verified Resident

Both the building and the flats are really modern and nice. The location is also great.
The flats are quite spacious, with a lot of windows and a large balcony, what makes the flat really nice. There is also a/c, which is ideal for the summer. I like the design in general. However, there is not too much inbuilt storage room.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is very nice. It is full of shops and restaurants. There is also a park nearby, which is great if you enjoy green spaces. It is also really easy to travel around London as the underground is so close to the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that if you don’t purchase the flat with car parking it is extremelly expensive to rent a parking space in the building.

Amazing flat

Verified Resident

I do not like so much the layout of my flat, its not so smart there are a lot of big and long corridors, the bedrooms are very small, the living room are not spacious. The air condition system is very good and its a very sustainable building. I love my huge balcony and the view from it. The view its amazing i can see the regent park, camden housing and the north London area. I like so much the big windows from the bottom until roof this is one of the reason that I chose this development in comparison to others. I would like to comment an important information from neighbours. All are very international but most of them are students and unprofessionals. They change a lot maybe every year. The concierge is really nice and kind. I live here almost 6 years the building management was perfect but last year they changed and I am not satisfy.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like the area its very conviniet in terms of supemarkets, restaurants and bars around. It is a quite clean area with mew developments. The only negative point of this location is that the area behinf of this building until camden town is technicaly a dead area. There is not something to see or choises for going out. Moreover, there are not schools around, playgrounds or other choises for children so its not a family friendly area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The last two years doctors around close and I wish had known that the area its very professional an there are not families. Most of people around work in this area but they dont live here and its difficult for socializing.

really good

Verified Resident

I like everything in the building. The concierge is really friendly and useful. The building has everything but gym, but there are lots in area anyway.
I live in a 2 bedroom flat which is very spacious and modern. I lived in a hotel before and I chose this building for the area and the looks. The windows are also very big which great if you are a bit claustrophobic. Compared to other buildings in the area which are older and have smaller windows, this one was perfect. The balconies are fully glass from bottom to top what is great for the view and feels safe as well.
We also have a very nice communal area with garden, which is very nice and well mantained.
To sum up, everything is great but the buildings could have more facilities for its value. Though, it is very modern, well manyained and I love living here.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is good. Everything you need is available nearby, as transpory, tain, supermarkets, restaurants. Especially resturants are the best. I eat out everyday and you can always visit a different place. There are good shops as well if you like shopping.
The only drawback is a bit further the crowd gets different, but around this area it is great and safe to walk around.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish it have had a swimming pool, but you can always find a gym with one.
