We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The Royal Seabathing Hospital was built in 1791 by Dr John Coakley Lettsom, a Quaker physician. Originally used as a hospital to treat tubercular issues with open-air treatment, the 250 flats were converted in 2008 and 2016, into beach huts and apartments - which are now known as Royal Seabathing. Residents benefit from a beachside location and from being located only a short walk from Margate station.

I bought 2 flats in 2014 because my development is on the beach and has an incredible history. Now in 2020, I am still paying £271.00 a month and still living on a dangerous building site. Water and electricity is perpetually cut off.
