the staff are all very friendly, especially Tallulah. She’s very sweet and helpful. I also quite enjoy the activities that the accommodation plan the staff are also quite quick with helping with any issues the might occur at any time of dag as you’ll always have someone willing to give you a hand at reception 24/7

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

yeah i had an issue with my carpet and they seemed to get that fixed within a few days

just wish that i knew of the place sooner honestly its really nice here

The transportation is close for both universities and the location is great with an amazing view and most of the staff is friendly and welcoming.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond immediately within few days and solve the problem.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The variety in facilities is phenomenal and the view on the garden is spectacular.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this area , there’s a good mix of shops, cafés and restaurants close by, and everything you need day to day is within walking distance. The local parks and green spaces are lovely for a quick walk or some quiet time. Transport links are reliable, and it’s easy to get around. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, and the community has a really nice, friendly vibe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues I’ve reported have been handled quickly and efficiently. The management team usually responds within a day, and repairs or follow-ups are sorted without unnecessary delays. They also keep residents updated through the app, which makes it really easy to track and get quick responses. Overall, the service feels well organised and reliable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known how easy everything is to manage through the resident app , it makes communication and maintenance requests so simple. Also, parking can get a bit tight at busy times, so it’s worth checking that before moving in. Overall, though, it’s a great place to live with a friendly community.

Lots of local restaurants around and a Tesco down the street Aldi 5 minutes away pub next door for a pint shows the footy

Good if there’s any issues or problems with anything just let them know and they usually come and fix it same day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Which I had known about the bike storage room earlier as it would of gotten a bike a lot sooner

Living in the AB10 area has been a great experience. The city centre is within easy reach, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars offering a wide range of options. There are also green spaces nearby for walks and fresh air, which makes the area feel balanced between urban and relaxed. Transport links are convenient, with good bus routes across Aberdeen and the train station not far away. Parking is generally manageable, and bin collections are reliable. The street itself feels safe and welcoming, with little noise or anti‑social behaviour, which adds to the sense of community.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any time I’ve raised a question or minor issue, Jamie and the management team have responded quickly and professionally. Communication is clear, solutions are provided without delay, and I’ve always felt supported as a resident. Their approach makes living here stress‑free and gives absolute confidence that the building is well looked after.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t realise how much of a community feel The Point has. I expected just another rental, but it’s genuinely a place where management and residents make it feel like home.
