The building is well laid out with good space in the corridors so people can pass each other easily and plenty of elevators. With access to to roof areas, 11th floor and 12th from, from work hub and garden room there are fantastic views so when breaking from home working and great place to take 10 minutes to chill.
Well thought out meeting area beside reception area with tea and coffee facilities. Having a room which can be booked for parties and / or having family and friends over for a meal, great cooking facilities in it, is a bonus.
With TV Rooms, which can be booked for private parties i.e. film night with friends, and a well thought out gym with all the equipment you need, it hits top ratings with me.
The Laundry Room has plenty of machines and is well laid out with a clothes horse if you do not wish to tumble dry and also ironing facilities.
The building is kept impressively clean and in good working order at all times.

You just never actually know how well supported you will be by building management and customer services. Whilst a lot of companies make claims of being great with support this one just does it.
From the top down, Brenda being the overall manager, to Bruce and Natasha the 2 other managers right through to all the customer service people, Jordan and Madi and Rowan and Vaida and Phil, Stuart in Maintenance, not forgetting the night shift security staff of Rich and Sam, you get the feeling they are all happy to work here and more than happy to assist you with anything.
The cleaners, whose names escape me, are working round the building 7 days a week keeping the elevators and communal area very clean for us and always have a smile and warm greeting for people.
You do not expect to find people who take such pride in their jobs and actually care and wish to help people and THAT was the pleasant surprise I found about this place, having been in many places which say they do then do not ACTUALLY do!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There is an expectation of respect for everyone staying here and that behaviour will be appropriate. I had an issue with someone slamming a door and it was resolved extremely fast. If I notice anything, which residents do have to help management with, and report it, such as a hinge on a door coming loose or an elevator with a warning light, they are on it in minutes.
The Point – A Beacon of Temporary Living
As stated above the concept of this venture is excellent. Relatively cheap property leasing with all the facilities you need to support your data to day needs. The staff are very efficient and professional and organise events to keep all tenants with some extra incentive. A great concept and one I would recommend if you are looking for temporary accommodation in Aberdeen.

THE POINT IS THE BEST PLACE!
The Point is one of the most wonderful and remarkable places I’ve ever lived, it was the most incredible 1 year and 3 months of my life. Beautiful comfortable and new apartments. Gym, 24-hour security, club room, study room, TV room… all this and much more in one place. The Point is close to malls, train station, bars, supermarket.
In addition to the wonderful and incredible view that you do not see anywhere else, it is exceptional.
My wonderful Brenda, Natasha, Phill and the whole team are wonderful people, they are always available and giving all the support we need, they seem to be part of your family. In fact, I felt in a welcoming place.
It was hard to leave, but I’ll be back soon.
There’s no place in Aberdeen like The Point.
Heart of Aberdeen!
Thank you to the entire The Point team for this amazing long stay.
I’m in love with this place!

Excellent location and modern building
Excellent. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Always approachable. Great facilities and safe building. I met Jordan when I first came to view the building. She was very nice and cooperative and made my move in process easier. During my stay, I’ve also dealt with Phil and Natasha who were very cooperative and addressed my concerns efficiently.

The building is very modern and of high standards. Next to the belmont street and bon accord so access to shops and supermarkets is very easy. Location is ideal and safe. Only issue is parking at the mall as there are no closer car parks. Would’ve been perfectly convenient if parking was available closer to the site.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking, but it is quite understandable given the location in the centre. Would’ve been convenient if more on-street parking spots were available or on site in the buidling.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They addressed my concerns quite quickly and I’m very happy with the service so far.
Home away from home 😊🎊👍🏽
The building is so beautiful and has such a lovely design, there are many facilities to use like the gym, Tv studio for private viewing, there is lovely garden room, a work from home space and a club room to chill. The staff are so nice and friendly ( special shout-out to Natasha 🥳, she is the best). The view from The Point is breathtaking. I’m not trying to just hype this place, it is the absolute best place to stay at Aberdeen 📌

The point is a very beautiful building, it is directly opposite the art gallery and situated in Aberdeen City center. There is easy access to the bus stop I literally walk for less than 5 minutes to get to the bus. There are a lot of restaurants, clubs, pubs and shopping outlets around The Point. Staying here gives me so much joy, I don’t have to go far to get what I want. The building is so organised, neat and has ample parking space. It is the best place to stay at Aberdeen 💯

There is nothing I wish I had know before I moved in. Moving here was the best option for me
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I am very impressed by the response time to issues here, when ever I have any issue it gets resolved immediately.

It’s convenient and easy to settle into
I moved here in April, and overall, it’s been brilliant. It’s convenient and easy to settle into I especially appreciate not having to worry about separate costs such as WiFi, heating and water bills, since everything is included in the price. I love the extra amenities, especially the gym! The best part overall, however, is how great the staff are. They’re always on hand to help, and they make the effort to get to know you personally, and to be present for the resident events. I don’t think there’s a better place in Aberdeen to complete my postgraduate studies!

Access to bars, shops, cafes, restaurants, and transport links is second to none. Noise from traffic and people can be loud, especially at weekends, but that’s to be expected due to the area! Plus, due to the glass being adequately glazed, it’s easy to block out noise by closing the windows.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, I can’t think of anything! I think I was well prepped before I moved in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly and thoroughly. Any maintenance issue I’ve had has been resolved on the same day.
I like the design of the building.
I like the design of the building.
The facilities are amazing – there are many working hubs, TV rooms, club rooms, garden room with a terrace, a gym, laundry facility,
In terms of building management, there are events organised each month such as socials and breakfast club.
The team is great. I had my viewing with Vaida Jucaite who is Administrative assistant, and she delivered good customer service.
Regarding property management, I have no issues so far.

The location is great – close to transport links, supermarkets, museums, art gallery, bars, pubs and shopping centres.
No issues with bin collections. Unfortunately, no parking available as The Point is located in city centre but there is a bike storage room.

For laundry you will need to pay which I had not known before I moved in.
Overall, I like my accommodation and the facilities here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
To be honest, the building mamnagement responded a bit slow to the problems I have raised such as cleanliness of green spaces within the building premises.
On a positive side, I raised an issue regarding the cleanliness of outside windows, and the maintenance team did their job.
Would recommend
Prime location, high quality facilities and shared spaces, high quality rooms, high quality staff. Management is responsive to any queries. Top terrace has one of the best views of Aberdeen. A gym is available to residents in the building. Can recommend Deluxe rooms.

Some rooms are smaller than others, do visit before moving if possible. Deluxe rooms are decently sized, but the standard ones can make one feel a little bit claustrophobic. Cooking hob is very close to the bed in some rooms.

The design is modern, everything is brand-new and very well-maintained. The stuff are constantly working on improving things, this is one of the things that has impressed me from the day one when I have moved in! Also, the huge advantage is that the building is 24/7 manned which makes you feel secure.

The stuff members are very friendly and responsive – always ready to come and help you! I would like to thank Phil, Marlena, Natasha and Vaida for their professionalism.
Amazing
The facilities are well and helped me with the stay. The staff has always been there as well and the gym is pretty cool with plenty of room and different spaces, but the only thing i would add is more weights if possible or maybe a boxing room next to the gym.
