Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Sellindge is a very good location. It is easily accessible to the surrounding towns and cities like Hythe, Ashford and Canterbury. There is a few local shops in Sellindge itself, the co-op is very convenient. There are good quality bars and restaurants nearby in Ashford. There are lots of open spaces too. Transport is good and no issues regarding this. However, I’m not likely to use public transport. Our street is lovely and quiet, you can hear traffic but this does not bother me.

The back garden and some elements inside a new build are typically rushed as there is pressure to get the job done.

What is the best feature of your home:

The location, the size, outside space for parking. Patio doors leading to the garden. Design layout.

Living in the local area has a real village feel and there is a lot of neighbouring things to do and friendly people and builders also great shops and facilities to make us aware of all good things

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always on the ball at completion and afterwards and very friendly and polite
