Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
On top of the bus station and 5 minute walk to the train station so great transport links. Walking distance to the high street and a number of shops as well as the red rock area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building manager has been one of the best aspects of the building. A lot of the issues come from the landlord and the design of the building but the manager does a good job trying to fix everything and the residents mostly understand it’s not his fault.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
When the building was initially listing the apartments online they advertised that water costs and internet were included in the rent. Upon moving into the building myself and many other residents then found out water was not included and the landlord had not told anyone about this change. If we had known this then we may have chosen a different apartment building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Area is great and improving all the time. Very convenient as it’s so close to the centre and train station / bus station. Street can be a bit loud at times but never any major issues. Parking is poor with very limited availability in house parking, street parking or public car parks. Bin collections fine.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management have responded swiftly when needed but on very rare occasions.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking situation would be as difficult as it is !
