Don't always rely on what you are told by the developer

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Better quality of finish in basic workmanship. The result means having have bathroom en suite and cloakroom sinks removed. Spending money to redesign the garden due to flooding that can't be resolved or guaranteed that it would not happen again.
