Temple Place is located in central Bristol. The flats are in the new release of apartments at Redcliff Quarter. Developed by A2Dominion, all of the flats are private rented apartments. In addition there is a mix of stylish 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. As well as being pet friendly, Temple Place is within easy reach of many green spaces, from Brandon Hill to Castle Park.
I have rented a flat in this place.
It s been a month since I moved and everything is a nightmare.
Initially, the apartment I rented flooded because of some issues with pipes( it supposed to be new building) and it took the manager 3 weeks to inform me of the repairing works and when I finally was fed up and looking for new flat
They moved me to another apartment .There are issues there with the washing machine. On top of that, I returned home one day on bank holiday to find out that I didnt have water supply and it took me many hours to sort it out with the emergency line. Furthermore, the apartment is linked with vital energi which also makes it difficult to control heating and hot water. t There wasn’t hot water as well one day and I had to inform The manager. Thankfully it was a working day. One month after my move and I haven’t settled.
Stay away If you are considering renting. Bristol is very poor in accommodation but surely there must be somewhere better you can rent. I had read bad reviews and I m before renting and I m so mad with myself that I didnt take them into consideration.
