Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in the area is good..no issues so far, less road parking at least on my side of the street, respectable neighbors with well-trained cats so no messing of garden. Location to major transport channels is good. I cannot fault the location to be honest

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Credit to the developers as their after sales service has significantly improved since beginning of this year. Unlike last year, emails are now timely responded to and reported issues sorted out quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

In retrospect, I should had a raised a complaint at checking in about the quality of the bricklaying and different mortar colours and mortar staining on the brick.

Dusty roads constantly Workman don’t consider residents when parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slowly and unresponsive, they don’t manage the snags well

The living residents need to be so considered more when other construction is on going

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good location with proximity to airport metro and convenience stores, semi rural kind of location. No noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Site Manager comes, promises to fix and walk away and you have to chase again for another months or so. Then finally informed he is no longer in charge, then we started all over with new man writing out another list.

To be honest, apart from the after sales care, I had no regrets with my choices..

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The 2 pubs in walking distance are great and do awesome food. Plenty of fields to walk the dogs in. The street I live on is great except dark due to miller planning a lampost outside a neighbour's drive and not placing it somewhere else

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how useless miller homes were going to be and that it would be a blame game between miller and their contractors.

What is the best feature of your home:

Close to fields for the dogs and great neighbours.

We really like living in our area but limited shops etc within walking distance but we were aware of that when we moved in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve fixed most things but finding more issues as time goes on and we currently have an intermittent problem with electrics but still waiting for an electrician to visit.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Try to get as much done and finished before you move in as once you’ve paid and moved on there is less of a priority to fix your issues.
