Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Really good transport links for me as a uni student who attends a manchester uni. Good bars. restaurants and shops
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly and attentive. They solve any problems quickly!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Be wary of events closing the roads off so driving is out of the solution. For example Ironman weekend. You can’t use the roads

Lovely management company, and modern building. Some minor problems, but overall very nice.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It's a very good location for the train and bus stations. There's a few supermarkets within walking distance and there's restaurants and entertainment nearby in the city centre. Parking is very limited as it's central, and parking spaces for the building are very expensive. There are also a lot of issues with access to the parking area every month or so. So you have to pay to park elsewhere. It's not too noisy, the pubs can be a little loud on the weekend but nothing awful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
With the parking gate and lift maintenance problems they are quick to inform you, and do seem to work on it. But they do break repeatedly and are unreliable.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Depending which floor you're on, you may be unable to open the windows as they're quite high up and very stiff.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The central location offers a good mix of shops and restaurants. Transport links are convenient, with Bolton station just a 10-minute walk away. While there’s no on-street parking, several pay-and-display car parks are located nearby. Bin collections are reliable, and Livingway maintain the bin area well. Occasional noise or anti-social behaviour can occur, but it’s infrequent.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Communication is usually clear, and while occasional delays can happen, they tend to follow up and resolve matters without much hassle. Overall, the response has been reliable and professional.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I’d known before moving in is that the rent increases by 5% annually. One good thing is the building’s well-maintained communal areas which help create a safe, tidy environment that feels professionally managed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It is a very convenient place to live. Right next to lots of public transport and shops. But definitely feels overpriced for what you get. I was paying less a month living in Manchester City centre for equally good convenience. Bin collection is also often delayed and we’re never given updates on this. The lift often breaks down but we are given frequent updates on that.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management has responded very quickly in most occasions.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that they use an external company to manage deposits which you must pay for each year.
