Location is really good but rent is a bit high for glasgow area. Would appreciate promotion for long term residents.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Being located in the centre of town means that everything works in your favour. Cuisines are endless and with quality. Lots of middle eastern places around especially that are very tasty and, across the river, all other cuisines exist as well as plenty of pubs. The Laurieston is closest and is a legendary pub. Having Central Station within 10 minutes walk is super convenient and there is also Bridge Street Underground within 5 minutes walk. Several bus stops that practically exist on our doorstep is a real bonus. The only slight downside is the noise that comes from train tracks going in and out of Glagow Central Station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always. Whether it is bathroom-related, electronics or windows, management always comes to fix them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You get to make new friends quickly through the building group chat. You can also easily sell/give away belongings that you no longer need. We dog-sat for a couple of people during our stay through this and enjoyed it thoroughly. Being able to go to the gym in the building is a massive bonus and convenient.

I live in a lovely and vibrant area with excellent local shops, cozy cafes, and a great variety of restaurants. There are beautiful parks and green spaces nearby, perfect for walking and relaxing. Public transport is very convenient, with frequent buses and metro connections to the city center. My street is quiet and clean, with plenty of parking space and regular bin collections. The neighborhood feels very safe, and the community is friendly. It's a peaceful and enjoyable place to live with no issues at all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded promptly and professionally to any issues I’ve raised. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is clear and respectful. They genuinely care about residents’ comfort and ensure problems are resolved efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how friendly and welcoming the neighbours are—it really adds to the sense of community here. Also, the natural light in the flat is even better throughout the day than it seemed during the viewing. A tip for new neighbours: the local bakery around the corner is a hidden gem—try it early in the morning before it gets busy!

The area is perfect for access to the city center and is minutes from everything. The area is very safe and near the subway.

They solve things quickly and fix problems quick when needed

It was the best , Ryan , geanique and sara have always been helpfull in every single thing during my stay. Friendly and very easy in communication skills they got.

Good ,but it can be better by having live chat which is faster in replaying to the inquiry

The the bills are two saperated , ovo and insite different bills and it is expensive
