Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s so much to choose from, Solasta is directly in the centre of everything around you, 24 hour stores, nice restaurants the city centre is 5-10 mins walk away. Parking is not too bad, apart from cars and trains it’s very quiet. We have been here 2 years now and never had any issues

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond very quickly they take tenan issues very seriously and always looke to provide a 5 star service

I don’t have any other good or bad insights to share, whoever has chosen or is looking for a place which is central to everything you need, has an abundance of good people around from all different walks of life. Great views, top tier amenities. You’re in the right place

Great location! Just a walk over the bridge into the central city with great bus links as well as a short drive and you are on the motorway.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes! Couple of small things that needed to be attended to in the ensuite, an engineer was scheduled to visit and carried out the necessary works.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing would be the parking situation! Due to the amount of apartments it can be difficult to have arranged parking.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area of this property is fantastic short walk into town and a short drive and you’re on the motorway could not think of a more ideal location. Traffic noise is a very minimal and there is zero antisocial behaviour around the property as well. Parking is limited, but there is some privately owned car parks over the road which don’t charge an arm in a leg so this is not affected on the property.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had to raise a short issue about a leaky pipe underneath sink and it was fixed within the hour

Great building great stuff and great community. Highly recommend.

The amenities were clean and well-kept, and the security team was always attentive, which made me feel safe and at ease throughout my stay. The location is fantastic too, with easy access to transport, cafes, and daily essential

I wish I had known beforehand how well-managed the property is and how responsive the team would be. It would have significantly influenced my decision to move in sooner.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Solasta Riverside is in the perfect location! Looking out over the beautiful Clyde river and only one short bridge walk away from city central where there are unlimited shops and restaurants. There is also a Tesco only 200 meters away, making grocery shopping extremely convenient. The gym is huge with tons of equipment. There is a games area with a pool table and shuffle board table, as well as a study area and tv room. There are also private rooms you can reserve like the kitchen room and more secluded study/work areas. They always have fun things to do in the building like yoga, pasta making, candle painting, chess night, jewellery designing- you name it! The mail room is easy to access, and the garbage/recycle bins are just in the parkade! Solasta Riverside is also very pet friendly- you can often find a snack jar for your furry friends at the front entrance!

They have responded to any problems/issues with care and kindness in a timely manner. I can tell they care about all of their tenants.

One thing I did not know when we moved in was how many shops and walking paths/grass areas. There is also a cross-fit studio right next door! And the subway is only 300 meters away! Solasta Riverside makes everything extremely accessible!
