Modern and Well-Run Property with a Multitude of Facilities at a Reasonable Price

The development is well designed in the sense that there are multiple accesses to the building. There is limited parking within the development. Nevertheless, the property has all the necessary facilities and more - gym, dining area, TV room, study rooms etc. The property is well managed and the staff makes a visible effort to keep things running smoothly.

The property is close to the main transport links and shopping district. While the property is situated close to the railway, there isn't too much noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, management is prompt to respond to issues when there are any.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Management puts it a lot of effort to arrange social events for residents.

Some issues with the design of the flats and the living room furniture selection. The facilities are excellent and well maintained and the property management team were professional and helpful at all times. Special mention to Lucy and Ryan who were especially great.

The neighborhood is a mixed bag with the riverfront being very nice and with easy access to the city center but the surroundings behind the development are quite rough and run down.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We never raised any issues with the apartment or wider facilities.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Heating costs are very high but that’s not the development’s fault really.

I like living at Solasta

I like the staff. RYAN at front desk is very friendly and has a great knowledge of music from the 70’s onwards. JOANNE the manager makes good tea. My dog likes the free dog cookies. I have also come second in a games tournament which showcased my games talents and was fun.

It is quiet although sometimes there are many people with dogs. If you are a cat or rabbit lover this may put one off

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they were very prompt I had a problem and it was fixed VERY FAST

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there are no exceptional coffee shops nearby and that the riverside is quite windy

Superb Development!

The design and facilities are great - especially the gym which is a huge perk to have. Really enjoy the meeting rooms too for WFH residents. The terraces are a very nice spot for summer relaxing and getting some sun and the games area is always good fun with fellow residents and visitors.

The location is supreme - right next to city centre without the constant noise. Lidl 10 mins walking distance, Subway line 5-8 mins away and a bridge across to the city centre. The local shops also have excellent produce.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is always keen to help and listen to residents’ concerns. Ryan especially has been extremely helpful and he goes the extra mile for the residents and always a pleasure chatting with him. Phil although is a new joiner to Solasta is also extremely well adapted and helpful to the residents. The staff is great and always make Solasta welcoming.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When we moved in the staff briefed us quite well. Nothing else i would have liked to know.

Beautiful facilities Shower drainage is questionable and has required multiple visits by main Although a new building there is lots of snagging which should have been fixed prior to us moving in The property management is accessible and approachable
