I have enjoyed the site and how close it is to town. Parking of other neighbours can be a bit annoying as some don't use their driveways and can cause obstructions on the road

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Anything I have needed has been dealt with promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't have a viewing, everything was online and I've had no issues

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a good location for the motorway and train station, there are some local shops near by but quite far to walk. Local schools and college within walking distance. My street is quiet and has ample parking. Don't really hear the main road unless emergency services are going past.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any issues raised so I can't comment on this

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we could have picked our plot because other properties have more than one parking space and bigger gardens.

Good location with local shops nearby and motorway access. Clean body area with environmental/ green spaces

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond when a call is logged however if someone turns up and / or completes the work is a different story

House maintenance and having an actual viewing of the property before signing contract

Love where I live, peaceful and easy access to location with easy access to town , Motorway and train station

Yes dealt with very professionally and within good time

Details of utilities for example WiFi as only certain companies would take on

There are a few local shops and easy access to the m5. We have our own drive but little space for visitors to park. The roads are so bad that we have to do 3. turns to get around some corners due to construction digging up the ground and roads not finished. Also some neighbours parking awkwardly on the roads, even though they have their own driveways. Bin collections are fine. Antisocial behaviour noted, groups of teenagers hanging around at night/ evenings. Traffic noise ok considering near m5.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Helpful, but can take some time to get things done (still awaiting to hear about somebody painting our wall after a crack appeared).

How long it would take for the roads to be completed, we have been here for 1 year 3months and they are still awful and at risk to car damage. Amount of teenagers hanging around and having a public access footpath opened right next to our house. How close together all the houses are gardens are, feels like a lot of us are living on top of each other.
