Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living on strawberry grange in Bridgwater has both positives and negatives. In terms of local amenities, there’s a reasonable selection of supermarkets, small shops, and takeaways nearby, but choice is a bit limited when it comes to higher-end restaurants or independent cafes. Open spaces like parks are within a short drive, though not immediately on your doorstep. Transport links are generally convenient—Bridgwater train station is a short drive or bus ride away, and buses into town run fairly regularly. That said, traffic congestion around the town centre and main roads can be frustrating during peak hours. The M5 is easily accessible, which is helpful for longer journeys. Living on strawberry grange itself is fairly quiet, with little traffic noise. Bin collections are reliable, and the area generally feels safe, with low levels of anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The formal property management team has been responsive and helpful whenever issues have been raised. They handle maintenance of shared areas efficiently, and any problems reported are usually resolved quickly and professionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Something I wish I’d known before moving in is how friendly and welcoming the local community is – it’s something that doesn’t come across during a viewing. I’d also mention that local services like waste collection and street maintenance are handled well, which helps keep the area looking clean and tidy. A tip for new neighbours would be to explore the nearby open spaces and cycle paths, as they’re not obvious at first but are great for getting out and about.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Everything is good apart from the noise. Children let loose to do and behave however they like. Throwing stones at eachother taking cover behind people's cars, swearing and shouting at eachother
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have arrived very quickly and have done an amazing job sorting out any issues that we have had
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Once a problem has been found out i.e. a door not being put on correctly meaning it wouldn't close, someone is sent out very quickly to solve the issue and are very polite and respectable

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Public transport is easily accessible and there is only a short walk required to the nearest shops, schools and pubs. Living on my street can be questionable at times, but that’s only due to certain people living in the area who allow their children to scream at all hours of the day out the front of their houses and also allowing their children to kick their footballs against our garden fence. Some of our fence panels have cracked and i have football scrapes on my car from the football that they sometimes miss the fence and it goes straight over. On one occasion some children actually took it upon themselves to enter my garden as they had no answer at the door, in doing this they broke our garden gate and left it open swinging in the wind causing unnecessary damage, i have no idea how long it was left open for but i have a small dog and my concern would’ve been had he been outside he could’ve escaped.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
On 2 occasions i have brought up to builders that our fence is broken, and have never heard anything back!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would’ve been helpful to know what days the landscaping team came to cut the grass on the front of our property as they tend to leave grass smeared into our paving stones and all up our door, and if it’s not wiped off almost immediately it stains.
