Sewell Meadow, NR6

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Sewell Meadow is situated in a quiet parish. The city centre is only 10 minutes drive which is amazing for reaching local amenities such as supermarkets, school, restaurants and bars etc. Its the perfect location for quiet, park life and zen style living with everything you could possibly need within a short drive or commute. Being situated next to the airport i was a little worried about air noise however this has not been an issue. Our neighbours are friends already and have all stepped forward to helo one another out from bin collection points to a welcome bottle of prosecco upon moving in. We love it here at Sewell Meadow :)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have. There was a minor delay on our window panes being replaced, we have been advised that due to new suppliers it has taken longer than expected. They have taken extra note on snags outstanding still.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Truly i am satisfied with everything. I am really happy. Once my snags are resolved everything will be tip top.
