Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is one of the biggest strengths of Royal Arsenal Riverside. There’s a great mix of shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, and the riverside setting makes it a really pleasant place to spend time, especially in the evenings or on weekends. Transport links are excellent, with the Elizabeth Line making it very quick and convenient to get into central London. The area generally feels safe and well looked after, with regular bin collections and clean streets. It can get a little busier during peak commuting times, and parking is somewhat limited, but overall it’s a very convenient and enjoyable place to live.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing worth knowing is that while the area is generally peaceful, it can get busier during peak commuting times, especially around the station. Parking can also be a bit limited depending on the building. That said, the excellent transport links more than make up for it, and overall it’s been a great place to live.
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature is definitely the natural light and overall layout of the apartment. The space feels modern, open, and well thought through, which makes it really comfortable to live in day-to-day. Combined with the riverside setting, it creates a really calm and enjoyable atmosphere.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
For those by the river the views are delight. Security concerns are excellent and the cared for green and colourful spaces around the development are somewhat unique, upmarket and joyful. Quick access to supermarkets, street market, shops, eateries and a variety of transport options is a convenient bonus. The opening of the Elizabeth Line makes this a very desirable place to live.

Service charges seem high but compare favourably against other London Boroughs.
What is the best feature of your home:
Magnificent views, lovely grounds. Woolwich Works and Punchdrunk Theatre add greatly to the cultural ambiance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at Royal Arsenal Riverside has been a great experience overall. The local area offers a good mix of shops, cafes, and restaurants—everything from artisan bakeries to cozy pubs and casual dining spots. There are several major supermarkets within walking distance, which makes daily errands easy. The open spaces along the river are beautiful and perfect for walking or relaxing, and the development itself is well-maintained with lots of greenery. The Elizabeth Line is a major plus—super fast and convenient when running on time, though occasional delays do happen. There’s also Thames Clipper riverboat service and good bus connections nearby, so getting around is generally easy without needing a car. Parking is limited if you don’t have a designated spot, but the area feels safe and is relatively quiet despite being close to transport. Bin collections are regular, and I haven’t experienced any major issues with anti-social behaviour or noise. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live with a strong community vibe.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the expensive service charge—it adds up more than expected. It’s worth checking the full breakdown in advance. Also, be aware that some facilities may not always be fully open or available year-round.
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature of my home is the excellent ventilation and heating/cooling system, along with great insulation that maintains a consistent indoor temperature and effectively blocks out external noise, creating a quiet and comfortable living environment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I love my area, the neighbourhood feels safe, it has easy access to all essential daily needs, most importantly, even at night walking feels great ‘cause most the baths are well lightened. As a family we enjoy the various activities held here. We only wish to have a small family clinic and a dental office. Lately been missing the open green areas.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It felt so bad to see the open green field get removed.
What is the best feature of your home:

Living & working SE18 6FD since 2011 -2025 have 3 properties however area has significantly declined since moving to SE18 6NU 2022. Green patch largest area with 20 water jets open to general public who are generating anti-social activities children screaming constantly 8am-9pm Adults & teenagers getto-blastors music using drinks, drugs Berkely homes not transparent to it’s leaseholders charging excessive amounts service charges! Berkely required extra planning permission hence kept this areas to show Greenwich council they’re providing recreation areas at the expense of its residents! Public who visit these luxury areas are being polluted with rubbish & environment being unkept These areas are clean well maintained from service charges Rendal & Rittner are not favourable to leaseholders, instead making more properties making this area construction development on-going. Warren Lane building works!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

What is the best feature of your home:
