Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have loved living here and would have been likely to give this development 5 stars until today. Today I get home from work to find out they have Made our road double yellows today so nobody can park anymore. Absolutely ridiculous. No consideration for multi car households, theres a building near mine without enough parking bays for the number of apartments. Where are any of them meant to park? We're also just not allowed to have visitors I guess since the visitor bays are so limited and the paid for visitor permits are restricted to 40 per year and 24 hours at a time. That's less than 1 visitor per week.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish they had told us upfront that we weren't allowed to have friends and family come over without paying them even more money for the privilege.

What is the best feature of your home:

It was the balcony with beautiful river views. But now when im out there all I can notice are the double yellows painted everywhere and I my mood plummets.

Local shops are brilliant and handy to have on the development. Great transport links for work also!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They don’t respond it’s always left to the residents

Nothing really I’m happy living here the community is great

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is improving as the development continues to progress. The external spaces are now taking shape with the park and the gym equipment - overlooking the river with great views. The area is still under huge construction operations too and is good to see the progress take shape for the future.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Well - only an insurance issue for storm damage to resolve.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Plans for future facilities and timescales being shared - what will happen to the marketing suite for instance ? A leisure location perhaps or not.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Since moving in back in 2019 we have noticed a lot of anti social behaviour, a lot of stealing from the local shops due to no cctv and the transport links are amazing

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

From what I have heard that problems have seem to be very slow or non existent to be sorted, there seems to be non stop problem.

How thin the walls and floors are can hear every noise from all directions

Rochester is filled with bustling streets with cute little unique shops, a wide choice of independent restaurants as well as the classic coffee shops. Parking is easy, never a problem and if you don’t have a car then Rochester station is a minute walk away.

Don’t be afraid to ask any questions when you’re unsure.

What is the best feature of your home:

The fittings in the kitchen and bathrooms (on suite as well as family bathroom)
