Only had 1 issue that was sorted within a week. Super fast.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very good, we live between two Tescos and next to other big brands shops. Near to restaurants, pubs and parks. Bus stop is easy to find. Easy to parking. Bin collections are punctual. No anti-social behaviour and no traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Since the beginning we find problems in the house. We tried to solve them before the 12 months. We had no success.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Unfortunately, you will never know what is wrong with the house until you find something that not should be.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Grew up in the area has everything we need. motorway can be a little noisy when windows open or in the garden. Bin collections are fine had a issue where the bin has been missed couple of times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Still waiting on snags list to be actioned. Waiting on joiner to sort bottom of stairs out and correct the front door window among many other things

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Really disappointed with the garden. Wish it wasn't so bumpy. Really hard to cut with a lawn mower. Seems as though the soil isn't the best when it is saturated in the winter it's really boggy but not as bad as other houses on the estate. The roads on the estate especially on bends seem to get flooded really easy when raining and remains a accumulation of water for days.
