Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Fantastic place to live. 15min walk to city centre. Sainsbury’s in the same building is very convenient for grocery’s and food. Also a very beautiful walk/run path by the river Clyde directly opposite the apartments.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
James and Tommy from the Maintenance department are always very fast at responding to anything needed done. Friendly and professional guys.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The cinema room wasn’t available to book when I moved in but the team have assured me that it will be available very soon. They also offered me to book into a social evening in the cinema room at end of month.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at Platform Life Glasgow has been a really good experience overall. The central location means there are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants close by, and the river and parks are not far away for fresh air. Transport is easy to use with buses and trains nearby, although like any city, rush hours can be busy. On my street the area feels safe, bin collections are regular, and while parking is limited, the building itself is modern and well kept, making city living comfortable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team have always been approachable when I’ve had any concerns. Felicia especially has been excellent—she listens carefully, responds quickly, and makes sure issues are followed up until they’re sorted. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone reliable to turn to.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Something I hadn’t realised before moving in is how welcoming and social the community would be. The shared facilities are not just convenient, but also a great way to meet new people and feel part of the building. The location also makes daily life easier than expected, with so much within walking distance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I did not have a car so I cannot speak to the parking situation, however there is a big parking lot. In terms of convenience there is a Sainsbury Local on the first floor of the building making grocery shopping extremely convenient. I took public transportation everywhere. It is about a 2 minute walk from X19 which can take you into city center and you can get anywhere in Glasgow from there. I loved the location and it had beautiful views. It is also very close to the iconic Glasgow crane and Ovo center which I thought was very cool. Ended up walking to a ton of awesome concerts.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issue I had whether it be a maintenance issue or a non-technical issue was handled immediately and with care. The staff really made me feel like they cared about my visit. As I said above they were the best part about my time there.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
This is a difficult one because I felt everything was advertised as expected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a Lidl within walking distance, a Sainsbury's local downstairs for immediate convenience, and the rest of the city centre is within walking distance. Not much parking availability, and there is lots of construction in the area which can get a bit dusty, but the flats themselves are well insulated for sound, so I don't notice it when i'm in my flat. Bin collections have been tricky recently, though this seems a temporary issue that can be resolved.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They've always been polite and helpful, i've not raised many issues in my time here so far to them directly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The issues with the outer gates, the bin collections and the movie theatre not working
