I’ve been living in the flat now for 2 months and I am happy with the street, it is in very close walking distance to train stations and shops. It’s very quiet and I haven’t had any noise issues since being here. It’s been great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any questions I’ve had they have been very helpful

I got everything I needed from the viewing before I moved in

Not much at the moment other than the Nisa. But very excited about Sainsbury’s, and the other upcoming developments

Very promptly and efficiently and they always want to help

An extra bar space or one additional amenity would be ideal

Great location with easy, scenic walks right into the city centre. Ideal for anyone who loves convenience without the too much noise. Perfect balance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff team are always responsive when issues arise and they take issue on and get to work fast

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d know my view might disappear with the building next door being erected

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is nearby railway station, bus stop, groceries shopping everything just on walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Its nice and proactive the security is also good it whole night security

There are many entrances, now i am exploring and loving it with the shortcuts

Very good and very close! There’s a local corner shop and restaurants at the end of the road and your 5mins for the city!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded real quick. Like next day quick I love it.

I wish I knew about the under ground parking and how much it would have cost or the local areas.
