Pine Trees, HP11

Not 100% happy. I am not sure how structurally sound these properties are. Poor planing of the house. Eg. Ensuite could have been towards the window instead been inside gloomy without proper ventilation. Where as they build the walking robe towards the window Eg. Shaver sockets positioning and TV sockets positioning could have been in more user friendly way. Some minor issues were there. Yet we have spent a quite lot of money to get a perfect value for money. Not even a single coat of paint work done properly in some areas of the walls and ceiling. The plasterboard is visible. The paint touch up work been done after raising the concern. but still we can find areas without proper paint. Poor communication with the maintainance team. Blocked toilets. Garage roof leaks and moulds, were informed, no actions been taken. more importantly the maintainance team manager and the supervisor walk house to house asking for best reviews and smiley face reviews for their work.but no work has been done promptly. Very dissapointed . I am not sure and never seen before that they beg for reviews from house to house for a such a big project. Simply the positive reviews will be written if they haave done the smart job!
