Excellent transport, great dining/bars (Market Place/Redrock). Downsides: high traffic noise, congestion, and tough parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has generally been quite responsive, all the issues are handled via an online platform.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd known how much A6 traffic noise affects lower floors, especially with windows open. In terms tips, I would suggest to learn the pedestrian shortcuts to the train station to save time.

Local amenities are fairly decent nit to far away from a shopping center close to bus station for travel

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There quite slow when it comes to repairs and you can only talk to representatives of the landlord

Bathrooms have no air flow so mould build up happens

Shoping center down the road close to bus links as there's a bus station down the road supermarkets 5 min walk away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Once they came to replace a scerting bord only to paint over it and leave have asked for a few other repairs with nothing being done over a year later

That once you get the apartment you are basically on your own for any issues involving the flat/ apartment and that you have to pay for parking on top of the rent also

Really good location for transport access and nearby shops. Can be noisy due to close proximity to Main Street. Considered overpriced

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

yes the verbal response is prompt but physical is slow

other options are available for a better price. But generally ok

Amazing area - lots around through walking, including grocery shops, leisure and food. Very good transport links, station into the city is 10 mins away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - smoke alarm was low and they responded quickly with clear communication

lack of guaranteed visitor parking, sometimes to access parking you need to exit vehicle and put code in manually
