Very good location,quiet and clean area. Convenient transportation links to Manchester City center, train station and airport. Stockport City center offers plenty of restaurants and puns plus a cinema at the door steps.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I didn't have issues. However, when I needed clarifications or questions, I could easily reach them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing came as a surprise, since it's my second time renting from this landlord. Only good things to tell about them.

It’s near Stockport town centre which is good for commuting and good for activities also good for work as it’s close to the motorway

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had an issue while here and the management team get right on the reply and try help as quick as possible

Everything was answered at the viewing which was great

Great location right in the town centre. private no anti social behaviour near

Yes responded to a maintenance issue we had and continued to keep us updated

Nothing really everything was answered at our viewings

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

12min walk to the Stockport Train Station, 5min walk to the local Tesco and Superdrug, 15min walk to the Asda Supermarket, Private Parking, next to a clinic, 30mins from Pets4Vets, 10mins to Gym Group, and 2min walk to bus with an inward route to stockport and a 5min walk to interchange bus station. Bus from Manchester stops at a bus stop 2mins from the building. 15mins from Light Cinema. 20mins from Underbank. 30min walk to the retail park featuring Dunelm and TK Maxx which is great when you first move. Main con is that the building is called livingway, the map calls it mandale and the address says PASHA. Visitors or deliveries get lost.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management: during our stay, we have had enquiries closed before they were solved, a lot of stress around a convoluted rent system which was either not working or unclear, mess in the communal areas which has been causing us disstress hasn't been sorted despite multiple enquiries and their promise. However, they are very responsive to maintenance requests, we have never worried about repairs not being seen to. They are very polite and kind people. Unfortunately there is no reception desk/security guard.

It's worth viewing in person because every flat has a different layout!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent transport, great dining/bars (Market Place/Redrock). Downsides: high traffic noise, congestion, and tough parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has generally been quite responsive, all the issues are handled via an online platform.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd known how much A6 traffic noise affects lower floors, especially with windows open. In terms tips, I would suggest to learn the pedestrian shortcuts to the train station to save time.
