Good quality facilities and a bit of noise pollution within the area because of trains nearby. I like that when I am locked out the concierge lets me in, which means i don't need my key a lot of the time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not a lot of supermarkets, traffic not convenient, need to walk ten minutes for nearest bus station. the area is safe. There's a canal to get to kings cross but in in the dark it can get quite scare

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish i knew there wasn't any wifi before moving in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature about my home is the air conditioning.

I love the kitchen because the appliances help make cooking easier . The security & concierge is always helpful and i feel safe within the area which makes me feel safe at home. I like the air conditioning especially as not every apartment has it.

Neighbourhood is really nice and down the river there are lots of shops and restaurant shops and a big Waitrose store if i want to do shopping. I like the fact my home is near to Camden, but it's quite far from Kings cross.

The house is quite convenient and has some nice facilities. Air conditioning couch is broken Facilities is nice Concierge 24/7 You can have fiber optic internet if u pay

There's a lot of noise pollution from trains if you open the window

My building is decently sized, modern and new. I would say that the price I pay is reasonable compared to other flats in London. I feel safe in and outside of my flat and never had issues with security. The building management have been very good at answering emails and fixing issues. My favourite feature would have to be the balcony because the view of the canal is beautiful.

i like thate the development is in walking distance from camden station, however i dislike how noisy it can get.

i wish i had known that it could get so noisey .

i would make the bedrooms slightly larger, because its small compared to the flat

The building has been poorly designed as you can tell it's been rushed. There are water leaks constantly running through the building, the paint chips regularly and the building management has been unresponsive when asked to fix the issues. It can get very loud due to the building being close to the train station.

I like the fact, there's a canal next to the building. on the other hand, I dislike the noise pollution within the area.

they have been unresponsive and do not try to fix the problems when mentioned.

i wish i had known about the issues within the flat.
