Design is good — it’s simple and not overwhelming to look at which is what I like. Facilities are okay such as the car park but I don’t need it. The mail room is useful especially if you’re not at home to receive any parcels. Although, they can’t store huge parcels so you have to collect it yourself. Reception is great — receptionists are friendly and nice.

Near the main road, and plenty of shops around

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Okay — they respond in a timely manner but could respond sooner and sometimes concerns needed to be followed up.

Insulation is not great, gets too cold.

well designed, luxurious feel. waste chute could be better ventilated however. same goes with overall ventilation of the apartments. Friendly management staff. Parking is available however, sizes of actual lots could be bigger. walls could do with a repainting however.

good amenities, very central location and close to shops and bars and restaurant - however, surrounding areas a little dull, redevelopment is due in the surrounding area across the road

Landlord is fine, management is fine, lettings agent is poor

The design of the Assembly Apartments is very modern and sleek. The building is inclusive of a parking area, rubbish area, mail, reception and has a concierge who is there to help whenever needed. The development is consisted of two buildings with a small outdoor area between the two.

The location of the building is great, its close by to many different restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to Arndale shopping center.

I wish I would have known more about the facilities in the building.

What is the best feature of your home:

The apartment is very spacious and designed in a modern style.

The development's interior and exterior look very modern and clean. The facilities are good, with rubbish chutes on every floor and recycling downstairs. The car park is spacious but not every flat comes with a parking space. The 24 hour concierge is a good bonus, being able to ask questions on-site any time is great.

Great transport links, lots of shops, restaurants, bars etc. nearby. Can be noisy at night due to train, road and general city noise.

Very fast and informational responses to any issues raised, good service

Would have been good to see the property in person, but Corona virus took this out of our hands

Building has a very modern design to it. Quite striking when seen from afar. Facilities are not the best though, there could be more gym/recreational facilities. The staff in the building are really friendly and helpful, which gives an overall positive experience

Yes they are pretty responsive to my messages, have offered fixes and solutions to my problems
