Supermarkets, public transport and shops are walking distance. There has has been antisocial behavior such as theft

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They take to long to respond or don’t respond at all

There is No cctv in the communal area or corridors

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to Shopping Malls (around 20 mins walking distance). Some bars and restaurants/take aways also. Close to transportation links (busses, tram, mmotorway).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have still outstanding issues even after nearly 2,5 years. All process is slow and requires chasing.

Parking spaces and issues with parking Management Company which is not dealing efficiently with job on Development and will charge us soon

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have lived in Stretford for a long time and I am really settled here. It is central for travel to Manchester and has good motorway links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The site is being managed by Miller Homes at the moment and it is not good.

Dealing with parking issues

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location, the area is good connected by public transport and will undergo revitalisation soon (especially around Stretford Mall).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

After chasing because of delays they responded but with some issues it took months.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

- the situation with the developer next door who has rubbishes behind my fence and will not sort it out soon as the development is blocked by council...

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Convenient area, bit of traffic on match days. Lots of parking available bit of noise from traffic on front but not too bad.

Make sure you recycle rubbish.
