Energetic charge daily which I think it's not good at all.

The lawyers aren't good , slow to response, not recommended

Lovely area, will be much nicer once the development is complete. We are very happy!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well, some delays but doing the best they can during Covid

The my parking space was quite far from my property

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property is located in a very nice and green area of north London which is close to two tube stations and also other local amenities such as Asda, Aldi, other local shops, etc. However, apart from supermarkets, the area is limited on other amenities like department stores.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

- Mobile reception is terrible as we never receive calls when inside the property. - Our parking is moved two slots down and, as a result, our neighbour parks car just in front of our window which is awkward and annoying.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Bulky radiators, lack of splash-back around the kitchen countertops, and mainly eliminate the sound from upstairs neighbours.

Well linked with the central London and good selection of local amenities
