We have found our experience to be a very positive one with any queries responded to quickly and seamlessly

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive. I haven’t had many issues, but have raised concern with regards to the door access to the refuse area and to the main entrance of the block

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A positive sense of community from both residents within the block

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One really good thing was when I had A&E come to my door the manager did amazingly with making sure my apartment was safe and she got the work people to fix my door on the same day that I went to A&E. It felt reassuring at the end of the day that the door was back to normal so I could feel safe :)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yup they repaired and responded to getting my door fixed so fast on the same day

Read more into the policys within the handbook so I’m more familiar with it

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good shops great location for the station. Great access to London and a short walk from Blackheath and Greenwich.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t raised any isssues as of yet so cannot comment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had known how dusty the building site opposite was going to make my apartment

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Modern development nicely designed and thought out. The development is usually peaceful and always feels safe, but needs some more food, drink and shopping options.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt attention and most things resolved in a day or two.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Plenty of transport links to central London make up the fact this areas itself is a little quieter than I’m used to.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a lovely area, very quiet and peaceful, quick to get to Blackheath and easy access to shops, lovely market on Sundays.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Dealt very quickly and sorted out any issues in the flat quickly.

Nothing, we researched the building and area a lot before moving
