Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The upside to living on this estate is the range of shops, open spaces, bars and restaurants. The downside is the parking availability, this is a massive problem on the estate. Our street is quiet but as you get closer to the square it can be noisy. Theres constant issues with the gates breaking or being broken constantly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have to threaten not to pay to even get an acknowledgement from building management companies.

Would always check your building management bills and I have seen few times been charged for things shouldnt be.

Excellent transport links, close to major supermarkets and entertainment, such as cinema and restaurants

Building management are easily contactable by email and phone

Check if high speed internet is available in the area

Upton is a very beatiful area along with the new houses are getting built makes it even more special.The roads , restaurants and local retail stores are very helpful due to the fact that Upton is a bit far from town however the only problem would be the buses here to get to town is a bit rare but if you own your private transport then Upton is a place for you

Personally I have found out the neighbours in Upton are very nice and there’s a never dull moment with them

The local area has a well stocked co op, tapas bar, tanning salon and domino’s pizza. The country park has a variety of lovely walks and there is a community centre that holds classes. The co op also operates a robot delivery service. Parking is very bad. Cars park all over the pavements and this is a million times worse at school times as there are two schools on the development. There is often antisocial behaviour and drug dealing occurring. The bin store for the apartments is usually in a disgusting state as other residents use it to fly tip and misuse the recycling bins.

Complained about drug dealing and antisocial behaviour but nothing was done

That many more houses would be crammed in without enough parking.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Generally beautiful place with all access to communication like bus and very close to shops and town centre also excellent parks with nice walks past design around and school in the middle of the district ,additionally whole areas has been designed in very modern options.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I didn't have any issu ant the moment, so it's hard to have any opinion about services.
